Swot Analysis For Salon Swot Analysis?

I have returned ... Now with some of the label Quatro ...

From a distant point of this long and narrow country called Chile back to resume contact with visiting friends in this space, and have been kind enough to endorse the goal I set in a first step in creating this blog.

And today, when there are very few days that we go this year, I wanted to share something of a hallmark, perhaps not as popular as it was RCA Victor, but that just made his mark and grooves scattered in many homes seventies. I am referring to QUATRO, stamp which there is not much information except that would have constituted, apparently one of the leading publishers of popular music in the years following the coup d'etat in our country.

The label of the label was marked by the letter "Q" Rather large in pitch black on a gray background, as is shown in the LP which I will present on this occasion. It's "Formula 12" album released in 1975, the same year that the program "Free Music" left to be transmitted by national television at the time. In terms of content, bringing a total of 12 tracks, all in English, but with performers from Spain, France and Brazil. This is the case of the song that starts on side A, the Rio Morris Albert and his classic "Feeling" or "Dime", in its English version. An interesting fact about it: some Latino artists of that time they used to be Yankee middle names so without any problems entering the U.S. market, while encompassing the English language in the letter of his songs, was the case with Morris Albert, whose real name is Mauricio Alberto Kaisermann.

This man was known worldwide for this song, originally recorded in 1974 as part of their first album. "Feelings" sold over 300,000 copies in 1975 (fed for that time), reached number 45 on Billboard magazine famous, gold record in several places, performances by artists like Frank Sinatra and Julio Iglesias, etc., Etc. .. In other words, silver, success and popularity it rained incessantly Don Mauricio Alberto ... However, in the eighties, the French composer Louis Gast, filed a complaint in the courts of France and the United accused of plagiarism Don Morris, arguing that "Feelings" was a copy of a song written by him, "Pour Toi" ... Well, the French author, won the trial of Mr. Morris, and should be compensated with about $ 500,000, plus access to the same rights ...

Another fact about Mr. Morris was also part of the international jury of the Festival de la Cancion de Viña del Mar in 1979 and, of course, sang "Feelings" for the "monster" national.

Following the line of Rio, we are in the same first side to another singer who was also at the Festival de Viña del Mar, as of 1974. This is Luiz Carlos Clay, who played on that occasion the theme "Love Me Back" song that was among the finalists but did not manage to get some of the top spots. This would have been his only successful label, and subsequently devoted only to the composition.

For the rest, there is everything. Emphasized "the phone crying" ("Listen, Mom is there, run and say" Mom, this is for you ... "), a song that many" daddies heart "I can remember great moments. There is also another whose letter is very interesting, closing all delivery, "Poor Fisherman", played by English rock band Lone Star, a group that became very famous in the mother country and remained in force until the late eighties, re-emerged in 1996 (to do some gigs and release a CD compilation) are currently fully music off the court ...

Needless to say, then let us know the list of songs that brings us this "Formula 12":

Side:

  1. Morris Albert - Dime
  2. Tim and Jerry - I feel that I miss you Nestor
  3. Vila - Without Love
  4. The rebels - Dear Uncle Pierre
  5. Charby - Today
  6. Alain Patrick - Romantic

Side B:

  1. Claude Francois - The Crying Phone
  2. Pasquale - That Girl I See
  3. Luiz Carlos Clay - Love Me Back
  4. Alain Chamfort - Love is a Song
  5. Angel Chorale and Orchestra - Sunny
  6. Lone Star - Poor Fisherman

Vergina Verginity Vedio

follows the formula for success ...

If the previous appearance presented the Series Volume 2 formula for success, now is the space for Volume 3 of the saga, released by RCA Victor in 1973.
This disc compilation maintains the structure of the previous edition, with a total of 12 songs, among which Italian interpreters, as Nada, Via Nazionale and Mr. Nicola Di Bari who provides an interesting version of the song " Clair, known in our country through the voice and piano by Gilbert O'Sullivan, also in the early seventies. On the side B is the sound glamrock composers and producers Nicky Chinn and Mike Chapman, through the band The Sweet, with "Blockbuster", also an issue with some rhythm, "Lulu," performed by Cyan (the same "Misaluba" and "Mama Papa"), and a tribute to "Music" made by French composers Rivat, Thomas and Juvet, in the voice of the Argentine Eddie and Friends.

And if it is Argentine artists, the fifth song from the first side is one that can hardly be denied their representation in those years. Inevitable issue in the "raids" or dances, after nightfall on a Friday or Saturday, they were usually in the living room of the house, with active involvement of our parents. I am referring to "I'll leave" Rabito or Rabbit. This man, whose real name is Juan Carlos Fernandez, born in the city of Buenos Aires, in the late forties, one day on December 23, very, very close to Christmas. His initial musical trend would have been the rock, integrating a very young band called The Thugs, which, besides contributing with his voice, was in charge of the battery. This initial experience, rather responded to a youthful taste for the sound that was all the rage in the sixties, then leaned over to pop, especially when he moved to Spain and signed for the first time a recording contract with RCA Hispanic. This relationship arises the item shown in the LP that appears on this occasion, as well as other hits like "The Doors of my Heart", "Love you again," or "My dear Mary," which gave this Mr an important place in the concert of Latin American artists of that time.

However, over the years, something happens quite particular in the life of Rabito. By all accounts, 1981, after a tour that made by some countries in this part of America, he learns that the father of a good friend would have healed of terminal cancer through a prayer chain, which included people from the Christian world. The impact was such that from that moment, with his wife and children, began to preach the gospel throughout the world, through his compositions and voice, an attitude that continues until today ... This transformation has loved art explained by the following reflection: "I feel the need to tell people that change is possible because Christ makes it possible, that passes for religion but a change of attitude towards God (a real delivery) of absence of this truth, I do not know where I'd be today, as this world that surrounds us every day we push more and without Christ, you never know where it might end ... "

While this LP presents the original Rabito, establishing pop that marked generations, it is no less true that the current option of life also try to build a trail or through their contribution songs. Here we have, like the rest of the songs that make this successful formula in its third volume.

Side:
  1. Nothing - A Guitar and a Harmonica
  2. The Popcorn Makers - Delta Queen
  3. Angra - Venite Volando
  4. Nicola Di Bari - Clair
  5. Rabito - No I will leave the Middle of
  6. Road - Yellow Boomerang

Side B:

  1. The Sweet - Blockbuster
  2. Nicola Di Bari - Ojos Claros
  3. Cyan - Via Nazionale
  4. Lulu - I'll leave the key in my door
  5. Eddie and Friends - Music
  6. Santa Fe - pirouette Love

The marketing mix (in English: Marketing Mix) is part of a tactical level of marketing, in which the strategies are transformed into concrete for a company to reach the market 1) with a product satisfactions of needs and / or desires, 2) at an affordable price, 3) with an appropriate message which is transmitted through appropriate communication channels and 4) a distribution system that places the product in the right place at the right time .

Therefore, it is essential that marketers know what the marketing mix and what tools or variables (more known as the 4 P `s) within it.

What is Marketing Mix Marketing Mix or?:

  • Kotler and Armstrong define marketing mix as "the set of controllable tactical marketing tools that company combines to produce a desired response in the target market. The marketing mix includes everything that the company can do to influence demand for their product "[1].
  • For its part, the "Dictionary of Marketing Terms" of the American Marketing Association, defines the marketing mix as those "controllable variables that an organization uses to achieve the desired level of sales in the target market [2].

In summary, the marketing mix is a set of variables or controllable tools that combine to achieve a particular result in the target market as a positive influence on demand, generate sales, among others.

What are the tools or variables of the marketing mix ?:

A mid-60s, Dr. Jerome McCarthy (Trailblazer Award from the American Marketing Association) introduced the concept of the 4 P's, which today, is made in the classification structure used for tools or variables of the marketing mix .

The 4 P's are: Product, Price, Place (distribution) and Promotion

Product : The set of tangible and intangible attributes that the enterprise is the target market.

A product can be a tangible asset (eg.: A car), intangible (eg.: A home cleaning service), an idea (eg.: The proposal of a political party ), a person (eg.: a candidate President) or place (eg.: a forest reserve).

The "product" has in turn, their own blend or mix of variables [1]:

- Variety
-
Quality - Design
- Features
- Mark
- Pack
-
Services - Security

Price: means the amount of money customers have to pay for a particular product or service.

The price represents the only variable of the marketing mix that generates revenue for the company, the rest of the expenses generated variables.

Its variables are the following [1]:

- List Price
- Discounts
- Accessories
- Repayment Period
- Credit terms

Plaza: Also known as position or distribution, includes all activities of the company that put the product available to the target market. Its variables are the following [1]:

- Channels
- Coverage
- Assorted
- Locations
- Inventory
-
Transportation - Logistics

Promotion: Includes a series of activities aimed to inform, persuade and remind the characteristics, advantages and benefits of the product. Its variables are the following [1]:

- Advertising
- Personal Sales
- Sales Promotion
- Public Relations
- Telemarketing
- Propaganda

Lauren London Hair 2010

formula for success, Sacco and Vanzetti, Joan Baez and other details ...

The Dictionary of the English Royal Academy defines the term "absence" as "action and effect from leaving or being absent. " It also extends the meaning to "time when someone is absent," "not be present at the place where one might expect," or "condition of the person whose whereabouts are unknown" ...

That's "absence" and clearly define the time when I was not in this space, the period of disappearance that may have led to think more someone, in the end of this project ... But no, not, not dead, and walked out on the town ... It was just a middle of September into the spring (uulalá, national holidays ...), gozoza spring included, and why not admit it, sedentary leisure trend ...

This time I want to share the contents of a LP that was released in 1972, our named several times RCA Victor: "Formula of Success, Volume 2" ... This album, like previous ones, corresponds to a collection of various pop songs of that era, a mixture between English and Anglo. Its content starts with the song "Mama, Pope, of the group Cyan (I understand as much Dutch origin groups of the time), continues with Mr. Ruben Mattos and rhythmic "Salta small Lobster" (who do not ever danced trying rabbit hopping rate ...? ) and then moves the other 12 tracks, especially Argentine artists.

Among the mosaic of issues is Joan Baez with "Your Health" or "Here's to you", theme song of the soundtrack of the film from Italian Giuliano Montaldo, composed by Ennio Morricone. This film is about a true story happened in the town of Charlestown, United States which was the execution of Italian anarchists Nicola Sacco and Bartolomeo Vanzetti, 1927. They were two immigrants who came to this country in early 1900, seeking a better quality of life as many other people. However, they were accused in 1920 of killing a teller and a guard and stealing a large sum of money from a shoe factory in Massachusetts, which is why, after a trial at all controversial, were sentenced to death. This decision caused, according to history, mass protests in the United States because it appeared that his condition had prevailed immigrants and anarchists in the decision of the judges, but despite protests and more than any appeal filed on his behalf, were executed in August 1927. The interesting thing about this is that 50 years later, in August 1977, the Massachusetts government recognized the innocence of both men ...

Joan Baez, the great American singer of the hippie era, he rescues his beautiful voice with a sense of this tragic story (like many that have happened in the U.S.), and turns, along with the music of Morricone on an issue which has resulted is a classic pop rock of the seventies ... This song, besides being part of the LP presented on this occasion, also published formats single, containing in its side B is another topic of the movie, "The Ballad of Sacco and Vanzetti."

Another striking themes of this collection is the one who gives the duo Katty and Gulliver, "How Do You Do", or "How are you" ... I have to admit that every time I hear it I tend to imagine the figure and sweet face Aracely, that lola Free Music playback was doing this song in the Chilean television program ... To all this, what will become of her?, Will you be in Chile?, Is popular remember what it was for us, goats, kids and brats back then ...?

Thus, after this walk through some interesting references, step by pointing out the songs on this LP ... Ah, yes clarify the origin of this jewel is in a cassette, recorded a bunch of years ago by your humble servant, and whose peculiarities and noted in the occurrence of May 15.

Side:
  1. Cyan - Mama, Papa
  2. Ruben Mattos - Salta small lobster
  3. The Sweet - Little Willy
  4. Storm - Tramp becomes
  5. raimbow - Uakadi, Uakadu
  6. Palito Ortega - Andate and jump
  7. River
  8. Joan Baez - To your health

Side B:

  1. Katunga - In the rising and falling
  2. Katty and Gulliver - How do you do
  3. Angra - Yes prisoner
  4. Kingston Karachi - Ding Ding Schwabadaba
  5. Sola - Soy Rebelde
  6. Trademark - Brighten the heart
  7. Quique Villanueva - Let's see

Indian Wedding Lenghas With Trails

Another Explosive ... from Stockholm

Following the earlier publication of the offer came a visitor to this space to provide, from faraway Sweden, with another volume of the saga EXPLOSIVE: Volume XI. Unfortunately, as I said earlier, Volume XII, on that occasion is shared with you is unique in that series, part of my vinyl stock at the time. Then start the meeting by thanking Pedro Lazo, Stockholm-based compatriot, for their invaluable and selfless contribution, which will undoubtedly enrich the intent of this blog and the pursuit of memories of many people who have visited and known of these sounds that beautiful time ...

This volume, also edit the RCA Victor, was published in 1971, and comprises a total of 13 songs, with a repertoire that continues the trend of the other LP compilations, ie mix between language interpreters and Hispanic whites.

One of them is the Galician-born singer Andres Do Barro, who appears on this LP with the song "San Anton". This man was born there in 1947 in the town of Ferrol, near La Coruna in Spain, had to be a couple of albums in the early seventies it became the first pop singer Galician succeed in radio English of that time. The first, "My name is Andres Do Barro Lapique" in 1970, the song originally contained a part of this explosive. The feature that made famous this artist was not necessarily his career level of music, but rather the enormous contribution he made to the dissemination and enrichment of Galician culture, at a time which was a Galician dialect of Castilian and even in Galicia was seen as a language, just wanted to his music was music of Galicia, it was a bit of all Galicia, although the atmosphere of the Franco dictadira expujaba to the contrary. Thus is recorded when the cover of their first album writes: "My name is Andrew and I Gallego, a Galician who knew it bothered her to be said because it showed. A note I, too, and I'm proud. I love my northern land, green and distant, primitive and forgotten, fertile mother of men who have been planting their lives in lands of Spain, Portugal, Latin ... In Galicia, Galicia present and far away and "Saudosa" have influenced my music, have been writing the simple notes of my songs. Your praise and your criticism will be the important part of this work we have done "... died suddenly in 1989, following an illness, some say in his own homeland, others in Madrid ...

Explosive
Also in the eleventh volume is the song "Like a heat wave," played on this LP by the Argentine group "The Lynx". This song was part of the first single from the group, originally published in 1965, moving to become musical theme of a radio program well known and famous, "The Fontana Show", hosted by the top conductor of the time in Argentina, Cacho Fontana. Also greatly helped the issue was made known the fact that it was the music of a beer commercial, pretty duifundido radio and television of the time ... What of them today? Not much you can get about it except that I have read out there who still do some shows in the country, recalling their greatest hits of the era of the seventies ...

Side B ends with an excerpt from a recording of the national comic, which became very famous in the country of that time, soon after their performances at the Festival of Viña del Mar. I mean Edmundo "Moustache" Arrocet ... I can say about him, only took a matter of Nino Bravo and derechizó as wanted on the stage of the Quinta Vergara 1974, full start of the military dictatorship ... In any case, the recording that contains this LP is their first presentation, alluding to the many "Washington Carrasco" we see in our streets ... He currently lives in Spain, continues to act as a comedian and making some movies in the same line, but not the greatest relevance to many was his image in Chile in the seventies.

Let us now Explosive issues that brings volume XI:

Side:
  1. Nicola Di Bari - Gitano
  2. My Heart is
  3. Dear Guys - If you see me Fly
  4. Andrés Do Barro - San Anton Domenico Modugno
  5. - How you?
  6. Nilton Cesar - Jesus
  7. Baires Group - The Spark of Life
Side B:
  1. Paul Anka - She's a Lady
  2. Middle of the Road - Chirpy Chirpy Cheep Cheep
  3. Ada Mori - Pink Darkness
  4. The Wildcats - As a heat wave
  5. Gabriella Ferri - not served
  6. Mar
  7. José Feliciano - To be
  8. "Mustache" Arrocet - but gorviste

Explosive Return ... Capissimo

a month ago I appeared in this space ... Things work, family and self have taken time to start a new communication. But here we are, as proposed at the beginning of this project, to share memories and sounds of a significant time for many, especially those who have dared to visit this place, by accident or by data, either inside the country, as out as well.

This time I will present a record of another series of named and RCA Victor, published in 1971 ... I mean EXPLOSIVE Volume XII. Unfortunately the only explosive I have, and I have been very difficult to ask where you can find copies of the above. This album, like those presented in this blog is a compilation of popular topics on the radio stations of those years, a combination of Anglo and Hispanic performers. Among the latter I refer to two in particular: our Gloria Simonetti, and Venezuela, Mr. Henry August Stephen Pierre, better known as Henry Stephen.

Regarding Gloria Simonetti, I agree with many reviews that rate it as the most accomplished artist in our country and one of the most beautiful voices in popular music in Chile. Since the start in the profession as a singer, until now, has kept in force, with a total of 15 albums to his credit. Signs its first contract to RCA Victor 1967, doa years later won the international competition of the Festival of Viña del Mar, at a time that actually made a quality competition. Another interesting fact is that in 1971 became the first woman to perform a concert in our country, the Teatro Municipal in Santiago with great public response. Subsequently, 1973, was chosen as the best performer in the Festival of Bulgaria, with the theme "Our Time Ends" by Luis Advis, the same year obtained the 2nd place in the Festival of Puerto Rico from 70 participants. He continues with his artistic life at a different level from that time, no recording contract, producing their own creations, and supporting other artists, which has not sidelined the recognition of the national average, the proof is that two of his most recent album, "Reason to live" (2001) and "With everything I have" (2004), have won nominations for the prize Altazor ...

On the other hand, it is interesting who almost 60 years, continue to maintain voice quality, as it appeared in the early seventies, as is the case of the songs on the LP Explosivo of this opportunity, "Until you decide to return", belonging to the prominent composer national, still active, Jaime Atria Rosselot, son of Jaime Atria, author of the famous theme "Consent."

understand that currently resides in the Viña del Mar, away from everything that smacks of television and celebrity ... Good for her!, Beauty deserves it ...

The closing track on side B of Explosives Vol XII is the rhythmic "Pampered Carita", played by Venezuelan Henry Stephen ... To hear for the first time anyone confuse him with someone from Argentina's invasion of that time, something like Palito Ortega, or Donald ... But no, the thing is not so. This man, dark complexion, has a good history in his country, and is considered one of the pioneers of rock movement in this nation, to lead the band known as The Impalas, which not only succeeded in Venezuela for the years 60, but also in other Latin American countries. With regard to the legacy of his career, either as soloist or member of other groups, has recorded about 20 albums. "Carita Pampered" corresponds to the main theme of the LP of the same name launched in the country in 1970, later became known in other Hispanic countries through single format, including our country. Today this man is still alive and well, performing with other members of The Impalas, both at home and abroad ... No doubt a character. Do not you know ...? Well now you know.

The remaining items contained in the explosive Vol XII LP (mono version) is broken down as follows:

Side:
  1. Middle of the Road - Tweedle Dee, Tweedle Dum
  2. Dear Guys - I'll be back to Live, I return to Sing
  3. The Sweet - Funny Funny
  4. Angra - Cardboard Puppet
  5. Buckingham Group - Have you seen the rain
  6. Heleno - La Chica de la Boutique
  7. Capablanca - I will make you forget that Love

Side B:

  1. Tormenta - Adios Chico My Neighborhood
  2. The Sweet - Co - Co
  3. Gloria Simonetti - until you decide to return
  4. Angra - Rio Verde
  5. Lydia - Rose Garden
  6. Wet Water - Bowling Bowling in
  7. Henry Stephen - Carita Pampered

Ways For Male Masterbation

Marketing Mix Marketing Management Marketing Objectives

Today is nothing new to say that both companies and organizations need the marketing to achieve their goals, such as achieving a certain market share, an "x" growth, a certain return on investment, "x" level of customer satisfaction, among others.

However, it is also true that the implementation of various marketing activities needs an adequate management and coordination of his tools so it is essential that marketers know what the administration marketing and what are its different phases, in order that they are better able to plan, organize, implement and monitor all activities carried out. Defining

Marketing Management :

  • Laura Fischer and Jorge Espejo , authors of "Marketing" define marketing management as "the process of planning, organizing, directing and controlling efforts to achieve the desired trade with markets that have as their objectives by the organization" [1].

  • Philip Kotler in his book "Marketing Management" uses the definition of the American Marketing Association (1985), which reads: "The (administration) marketing is the process of planning and executing the design, location price, promotion and distribution of ideas, goods and services result in exchanges that satisfy individual and organizational objectives " [2]. Complementing this definition, Kotler says " a marketing management has the function to influence on the level, timing and composition of demand, so that will help the organization achieve its objectives " [2].

In summary the marketing management can be defined as "the process of planning, organizing, directing, implementing and monitoring marketing activities whose purpose is to lead to exchanges that meet existing needs or wants in the target market and contribute to achieving the objectives of the company or organization ".

Phases of Marketing Management :

The marketing management -to be a process, has a set of successive phases, which, see below:

  1. Planning: In this first phase, it determines what will be done in the future, when it going to do, how it will implement, where it will do, who will take out and how much it will cost. On a more practical , this is the stage that develops a marketing plan .

  2. Organization: In this second phase, describes the programs of action to achieve the objectives identified in the marketing plan, coordinating the people and the appropriate means. According Laura Fischer and Jorge Espejo in this phase are delineated responsibilities and authority assigned to people who will implement the marketing plan. Therefore, at this stage (as determined by both authors) is that the various tasks necessary to define, differentiate and seeking to the right people for each of them [1].

  3. Address: In this third phase, as determined by Laura Fischer and Jorge Espejo , managers (to implement the marketing plan) is involved in coordinating the activities to achieve goals, make decisions and solve problems through phases of planning, execution and control of their work [1].

  4. Execution: In this fourth phase of marketing management , is being or is implementing all planned. Is the time to implement the Marketing Plan, therefore, is the phase in which planning, organization and leadership are subjected to the acid test market.

  5. Control: In this fifth phase, seeks to establish the current position with regard to the fate that has been determined in the planning phase. According Laura Fischer and Jorge Espejo , in this phase are set operating rules, actual results are evaluated against established standards and reduce the differences between desired and actual performance [1].

How To Make A Motor Bike

Volume 3 ... Now in stereo. All Mixed

It took 2 years for RCA Victor, 1974, reverting to the saga of LPs Capissimo and released Volume 3 of the series. The country at that time had already suffered the military coup that led to the overthrow of the government of Dr. Salvador Allende, groceries to be seen again in trade and total power holders gave clear signs of ideological hegemony and appreciates that wanted to impose the daily rhythm of our lives as, radio stations, trying to adapt its programming to the demands of authority, with music as a contradiction to that environment ...

In this scenario
appears Capissimo 3, with a new technique that was probably not fully appreciated by the ordinary consumer of that time record: STEREO SOUND ... In any case I would say that this was the first Capissimo in Stereo, as it apparently was national customs seals of those years a whole LP in mono and stereo version. It was probably the case.

The cover of the album follows the trend of previous artistic, bright colors and abstract forms, like their songs, some in English and some in English, from Italy, Argentina or Spain. This specimen, found of course in any street fair box, bring a paper inner sleeve containing instructions on how to use a CD "Stereo", of which I wanted to share the following extract the meaning for those who still deny us to abandon the supremacy of vinyl:

"This disc should be played with a stereo pickup system that has been called 45/45, because here, the walls of the groove where sounds have been issued by the registered two different sources sound together form an angle of 90 degrees, each angle of incidence of 45 ° to the horizontal plane of the disk. The electrical signals picked up by both sides of the diamond or sapphire player on both sides of the groove of the disc must be amplified through two separate amplifiers and features the same reaction, and reach them through two separate loudspeakers, also similar. Only then can we produce the best results. The interconnections must be arranged so that the speaker on the right of the listener reaches the modulation collected by the tip of the pickup in the groove wall that faces the interior of the disk, and vice versa, the speaker set on your left which captures the diamond (or sapphire) used in the wall of the groove facing the outside of the disk. Furthermore, the tip of the stylus (diamond or sapphire) should be flexible enough to properly accommodate the vertical movement that motivates variable groove depth, which is another key feature of the stereo disc. (...) The record features and the size of groove meet the specifications established in Britain by the agreement of 1928 and revised in 1955 to microgroove phonograph records. It is recommended that the "stylus" player falls on the disk surface, forming with it an angle between 40 and 50 ° and the radius of the tip of the stylus oscillates between 5 and 6 thousandths of an inch. "

Nice ... is not it? We now turn to the issues contained in this Capissimo, warning, yes, they will find a pair of needle drops, it was impossible to avoid direct damage with some grooves, but in any case, are part of the experience "vinyl" and does not affect the total content of this LP years :

Arrive In comes

I was away a couple of weeks, but very attentive to the rhythm of visits he has had this space. And in that event I realized that a netizen from afar, Stockholm, visited here and was able to rescue a song that for years had been unable to achieve, and previously, Lolita Wild Wild Party, did not exhaust words of encouragement for this personal project ... These simple acts of meetings over the network gives me great satisfaction and energy to continue with this simple space, which, apparently, is fulfilling its purpose. Not only my close are accessing it and downloading the records which I share, but another number of unexpected and hitherto unknown, which are giving meaning to the time spent and the "plastic" round black, that I have ordered and especially careful in the corner of my house.

This time I share a very special pair of LPs in 1972, editions of the above named RCA Victor, national version. I refer to the "All Mixed Discotheque", volume 6 and 7. Unfortunately are the only series I could appraise, knowing how many more were published at that time. All I can say is that before they had another 5 ... As you can see, to reach this conclusion is not too much needed intellectual work or research. In short, "is what you get" as we say in my country, and I can assure you will your taste, like the previously posted on this blog.

What is special about this series is to gather a repertoire of performers and songs that were released by the same label editions from album or compilations like Capissimos. Indeed, both volumes, practically reinvented the issues that bring these LPs, this time playing the mixtures for use at parties rather than to sit and listen. This happens with much movement rhythms, usually by the British representatives and Argentina to cut more romantic songs that should encourage more of a conquest in those years.

Thus, the "All Mixed Discotheque Volume 6, contains a total of 12 tracks per side, summed up in just over 15 minutes each, starting with the classic" Poppa Joe "The Englishmen Sweet, to "live in a brave new world of Mr. Donald (not the character of Walt Disney, but the singing actor of the sister Republic of Argentina). Volume 7, meanwhile, brings together 26 tracks from both sides, with sounds as diverse as "Woman" and "Wild Safari" Barabbas and "Rainbow Days" Nicola Di Bari Italian ... Well, could actually continue to devote many more characters to the content of these disks, so I prefer to leave here and move this task better description of each of their faces:

Volume 6.
  • Side A: Poppa Joe (The Sweet), Roly Ply (Mal), Sacramento (Middle of the Road) gets Puts Group (Happiness), I like the breeze (Quique Villanueva), Girl of the Night ( The Dear Uncles), The Queen of Song (The Young Guard), Solely Solely (Middle of the Road), Mammy Blue (James Darren), Sympathetic (Nono), why I am a prisoner (The Cardigans), a hot day (John and John).

  • Side B: I spy ... what you see (Katunga), Mali - Kivu (Katunga), Misaluba (Cyan), Samson and Delilah (Middle of the Road), Dime cute little girl (Quique Villanueva), Water with Love (The Cardigans), Freedom comes, freedom Leaves (Fresh Paint),'s commentary throughout the United States (Middle of the Road), Morir de amor (Enrico Chiari), joy (TM), Father Sun Back (Storm), I live in a brave new world (Donald) .

Volume 7.

  • Side: Bottoms Up (Middle of the Road), Peace in the world (Tosty and Capuano Brothers), Cindy (Tony Blackburn), Goodnight dear rabbits (Ruben Mattos) We all said (The licks), Yes sir, I am a kangaroo (Ruben Mattos), Little Willy (The Sweet), Shwabadaba Ding Ding (Kingston Karachi), Mama, Papa (Cyan), Jesahel (Chapter 6), As violets (Nicola Di Bari), Chop Chop (The Sweet).

  • Side B: Women (Barabbas), Skokiian (Kington Karachi) Wild Safari (Barabbas), with the boys and girls (The Wildcats), My favorite girl (Raul Padovani), in the seesaw (Katunga), Wig Wag Bam (The Sweet), Popcorn (Viva Music), Summer Vacation (Roberto Inglez and his Orchestra) Rainbow Days (Nicola Di Bari), to let her go to the dance alone (Ruben Mattos), painted the color of love lives (the licks), Salta, small lobster (Ruben Mattos).

Japanese Molested On Train Bus

Discotheque Volume 2 ...

The year 1972 comes Capissimo Volume 2. After the success that apparently had the previous LP, RCA Victor, decides to keep this project as well as give them, I imagine, economic dividends at the time, was becoming one of the main references of the radio stations.

On a personal level, this LP does have its history. It is in practically the first record I was on my property. I must have been like 14 or 15 years old, out there in the second half of the seventies, when a cousin gave me, obviously in order to hear and then return ... As time went on to become a gift. Since I knew that I liked listening to music (though in my family we had no turntable at the time) supposed to fix me to play somewhere ... Was practically new, with its cover intact. As he told me, someone she had given him as he had no where to hear it, would decided to better enjoy myself ... I knew there had LPs with this name, and possibly many more have somewhere.

In terms of content, on this album start to appear Argentine artists, especially those who became known as the "singing actors." This group is Raúl Padovani, Donald (whose real name was Donald McCluskey), Mary Esther Lovero and Silvana Di Lorenzo. These two last women have participated as singers and dancers on "Music Freedom" during the early seventies, with the case of particular Lovero well as pop lolita livianito currently practicing as has been directed to burn CDs with music for children.

However, who deserves a separate paragraph is Dona Silvana Di Lorenzo. What can you say about her? Born in Buenos Aires in the mid 50's, who was living in Italy from 8 months to 14 years old, and already back in Argentina, where only has 15 years, began his career as a singer. Also participating from 1970 to 1975 in the television program "Music Freedom" (I had told you, apparently), who has recorded a total of 15 albums, and that the year 1985 at the Festival de Viña del Mar jury ; two years earlier, the Latin Entertainment Critics Circle had awarded Best Female Performer in 1983 ... Until today, this great lady continues to presentations by various countries. The theme sings in Volume 2 of CAPISSIMO for the single "Words, Words" ("Parole, parole ..."), played with another singer Argentine actor, as was Osvaldo Brandy ... A special theme dance style blues in "raids" of the time.

Another character who comes in this record is Tony Blackburn. This man is none other than the most famous Disjockey (or DJ) who has had the chain of stations from the BBC. Currently holds the concession for about 36 radio stations distributed throughout England, remaining This fully operational communications. It has to be a couple of albums, recorded in late seventies, and a few singles, like that on this occasion, "Cindy", composed by the wonderful duo of Nicky Chinn and Mike Chapman ... Regarding the latter, just to give you a fact, were responsible for almost all tiller handle success that had the group The Sweet ... ("Poppa Joe" included ...).

There are a couple of issues Inglez Roberto, a British pianist who made his career in Chile in the sixties and orchestrated the likes of Lucho Gatica, having among its members John Azua (longtime director of orchestras in the eighties). But

disk boot (item 1 on the A) is spectacular, with the "Wild Safari" Barabbas English group, led by Fernando Arbex. An emblem of the English pop. With a mix of funk and pop they catch the American market, something that almost nobody could in those days ... Arbex also produced various artists such as Jose Feliciano, Camilo Sesto, Nana Mouskouri and Rita Pavone. Unfortunately no longer: he died on July 5, 2003, at the age of 62 years ... This is the first success of Barnabas was known in our country, and the most representative of the group (at least in Chile ...).

intersante
Another fact is that the cover art was made by a man named Danny Aguilar, probably well known in those years, but without the possibility of knowing anything about it now ...

After this adventurous journey in the history of those who make up this LP, I invite you, better, to know their subjects. Like the others, 12 in total, 6 per side:
  1. Barabbas - Wild Safari
  2. Mary Esther Lovero - If you knew
  3. Tony Blackburn - Cindy
  4. Ruben Mattos - That leave to go to the dance alone
  5. Donald
  6. - Tonight
  7. Inglez
  8. Roberto and His Orchestra - Beach sleepy
  9. Inglez
  10. Roberto and his Orchestra - Summer vacation
  11. Raúl Padovani - It's my favorite girl
  12. Viva la Musica - Popcorn
  13. Silvana Di Lorenzo & Osvaldo Brandi - Words, words
  14. Quique Villanueva - Sissi Dulce
  15. David Bowie - Starman

I hope As always, you enjoy the content available to let those who wish to remember. I also hope your comments, thoughts or related data.

Until next time.

Brent Everett Brent Corrigan School Crush

For a better understanding and Bearing in mind that marketing has a wide variety of objectives, we will divide and organize the main objectives marketing into two groups: 1) primary or general objectives and 2) Specific objectives .

1) Primary or General Objectives:
senior Within this target are those that benefit the company as a whole, as
  • Identify marketing opportunities: is, " identify "situations where there is potential for the firm to earn a profit or benefit to satisfy one or more needs and / or desires.
  • identify profitable markets in the raid of the company is feasible, then to identify marketing opportunities, marketing aims to identify markets for their characteristics (size, location, willingness to meet their needs and / or desires, property, number of competitors, etc ...) are likely to be high profitable for the company, but considering the raid and stay feasible, which depends on the financial, production, distribution, etc ...
  • Achieving good market share: In other words, as they say in the jargon of marketers, get a good "slice of the pie", and where possible, to achieve "more slice large "or market leadership. Achieving this goal is very important because it helps also to achieve good sales volumes and market consolidation, to achieve a good reputation in the eyes of customers, suppliers, partners, investors, competitors , etc., because it conveys an image of that "something is being done well" to make much of the market is buying the product from the company instead of some of its competition.
  • Achieving growth according to the reality of the market and product life cycle: One of the main objectives of marketing is to achieve sustained growth in sales (in units and values). In other words, get the company to sell more units and get more income in relation to a previous time period, for example, in 2007 over 2006 or the second quarter of 2007 compared to the second quarter of 2006, etc ... Course should be that the marketing objective is closely linked to market realities and the product life cycle (introduction, growth, maturity and decline) and it is advisable to compare the growth obtained or to be obtained with real growth of the market. Achieving
  • gains or profits for the company: This is a crucial objective of marketing because all of the above objectives, while important, are not enough to forget that the company exists to make a profit or benefit. Therefore, marketers must be aware that all objectives can be achieved, are conditioned to the fact of getting utilities to the company, otherwise, there would be a real success, but a failure.
2) Specific Objectives:
For marketing to achieve its primary objectives or general need to achieve a series of specific objectives, among which are:
  • Get updates and reliable: Refers the act of acquiring updated knowledge and precise on what is happening in the market (eg, customers, competition, etc.), environment, etc., so that decisions can be made with less uncertainty. To this end, marketing must be done consistently a key activity is known as market research. Conceptualize
  • products or services that meet needs and / or desires of clients: Today, marketing is aimed at making the products the company produces, distributes and put on sale, not fruit of chance or the whim of somebody, but they are designed and developed to meet needs and / or desires the target market.
  • Achieving optimal distribution of product or service: is, that should make the product or service is in the quantities and conditions, and the precise times and places where customers will need or want.
  • Set a price that customers are willing to pay and have the economic capacity to do so: This is a key goal because it will be recalled, the price is the only tool in the marketing mix that produces revenue. Therefore, this lens is its enormous complexity, especially when setting a price that is accepted by the target market and at the same time produce a certain profit or benefit to the company. Making
  • promotional activities comply with its objective to inform, persuade and / or remember: After you have conceptualized a product or service at a price acceptable to the market and available in places and right times, it's time to focus on getting the target audience or target customers, are aware of their product, its features, advantages and benefits, where you can buy and why they should. To this end, the tools of promotion (advertising, personal selling, sales promotion and public relations) must meet at least three basic objectives: to inform, persuade and remind. Login Successful
  • Markets: This means that marketing has an important objective to bring to market products or services that: 1) have been conceptualized according to the needs and / or desires of customers, 2) they set a price that customers are willing to pay and to do so, 3) has been made that are in the right amounts and at the place and time that customers need and / or want, and 4) the has promoted so that customers remember your brand, your main characteristics, advantages and / or benefits, and also feel the need and / or desire to purchase. Acquiring new
  • Rating: means attracting new customers to act to ensure that those targeted customers who never bought a particular product or service do so at any given time. It should be noted that this goal is very important for a company to increase its sales volumes and profits.
  • loyalty to existing customers: Refers to achieve the sympathy and preference for current customers to choose the brands of the company instead of other competition.
  • Achieving customer satisfaction: is, ensure that customer expectations are met and even exceeded with the product or service.
  • Making the Customer Service is excellent: One of the most important goals of marketing is to ensure that customers have a positive experience with the product or service, in order that they return to buy a near future and / or recommend it to family, friends and acquaintances. Therefore, it is the duty of the marketing department to plan, implement and monitor the various actions taken in the company to serve customers with excellence.
  • deliver value to customers instead of products: This objective is closely related to the conceptualization of the product or service and pricing, because the "value" is related to all benefits to the customer with the product or service vs. price or all the costs of acquisition. Therefore, it is spreading very assertiveness that successful companies do not provide products for a profit, but rather, value in exchange for a utility [3], and this is a goal that corresponds to accomplish marketing.

Easton Sv12 - Ssv1b Review

starts selling Capissimo ... Follow

After some days off, you are driving on this road retro seventies pop music ... In reality between pop and rock, depending on the sound that we are. Today
continue with this series of LPs called CAPISSIMO, which initially were freebies, but later became an important commodity in the national music stores. It seems that the promotional gift receipt had an unexpected hit to the point that the leaders of the RCA decided to put together a story more seriously, and projection. Then throw CAPISSIMO volume 1, 2, 3 and so on. Also with these early records are already beginning to incorporate the sounds that later became key in the TV Free Music ...

One thing apart ... Our historic Free Music program was not a project as original as you might think, because really corresponded to a Creole version of a similar program, beyond the Andes, called "Music in Freedom ".... It's that simple. In any case, it remains part of the heritage of our children telesonoro - Youth ...

Capíssimo I keep with the era. The delivery that today I turn to those who want to know, is the first volume of this series of LPs. CAPISSIMO is appointed as simply, as the first edition of promotion. Contains a total of 12 subjects between Anglos and Castilian, and, most interesting at the time, reflects the beginning of the "invasion" trasandina, with exponents as Quique Villanueva and "Dime Linda kids", Katunga, Nono and Storm ... Storm ... All an icon of those years ... I remember some past video on television, of course black and white, showing the pint of this singer, hippie, with long dark hair, clothing type Janis Joplin and the beauty of his few years old .. Storm continues to this day this song, and the times he has been invited to a television program (last year) you do not need to sing "Like a girl and a boy" or "Adios kid in my neighborhood "... Still fantastic as always ...

This album was released in 1971 and I was lucky, 1987, precisely in the month of January, when he was a student about to take your exam grade to meet a priest of the diocesan clergy who had a rather interesting item on vinyl records. Well, among them was this, almost flawless. Despite my insistence to buy (or that would serve as a gift) was only possible to transfer it to a cassette recording. It has been more than 20 years since the sound was steeped in the ferrite particles on the tape (SMAT C - 90), along with other things and still sounds perfect. Apparently the tapes were of better quality in those years, or are made to last ... quite an achievement.

The list of songs from the LP is as follows:

01_Middle of the Road - Solely Solely
02_Juan and John - A hot day
03_The Nite Liters - K Jee
04_Enrico Chiari - 05_Katunga
die for love - I see I see, what you see
06_The Searchers - Desdemona
07_Cyan - Misaluba
08_Quique Villanueva - cute little girl Tell me
09_James Darren - Mammy Blue
10_Los Angra - Water with love
11_Nono - Sympathetic
12_Tormenta - Like a girl and a boy

sincerely hope that this musical delivery they please, as I am aware of which we have many who have spent the 40 and we still creates certain feelings to hear these sounds fairly simple, but capable of transporting us to a beautiful time of the country.

This time I say goodbye, until next week, where the saga Capissimo still present. I also hope her comments, the idea is to meet others who share a taste for the sound and fondly remember the dances and songs Free music program in our country.

How To Fix A Straightener That Doesnt

Capissimo ...

started last Tuesday This stroll through the early seventies sharing the content of what was CAPISSIMO, an LP with a well-known musical content in radio programming in those years ... He also told where his name came from a turntable in the same RCA that was sold in those years ... Do you realize about? ... Here is a picture of it ...

This little machine, a gem for those with one of them, accompanied fed pleasant moments at parties that were made at the time, was enough excitement, want to dance and have a living to any home. The beauty of this gadget is that it could carry without biggest problem from one place to another to continue to enjoy some LP or single ... in general were singles, silver was not enough for both ... The needle was a super girl question usually let go of the capsule and was lost .. but still, in some form or another, we ingeniábamos to continue playing the 45 or 33 RPM.

Back to the music. This time I prepared the second installment, with the LP CAPISSIMO 2, released the same year that the previous (1970) by RCA. Like its predecessor this album was not on sale, but was the gift that was in stores any time you buy a turntable with the same name.

contains a total of 12 songs, divided into 6 per side. In Side A focus on English themes, highlighting a unique live version of the theme sung by Elvis Presley Yesterday (exact!, the same ...) and Jose Feliciano's version of the track Let It Be, both belonging to The Beatles. B-side songs are concentrated in Castilian, though most of its players are in another language. Is the case of the late Domenico Modugno who plays "The distance is like the Wind" (o il vento e as Lontananza), a terribly distressing and romantic song, special songs for a gray day like today. Valeria Mongardini We also have to "If you knew, my love," and Mr. Nicola Di Bari with "Let Lady." But undoubtedly the classic among the classics of this face is the appearance of "The Sound of the Gauls" (as is) as the subject as I want to be your love, written by Carlos Baeza ... Who would not have happened the rolls when they hear this song today? How many times their content was not used to show a callous Wort damsel in those years ...? Well, this time you will have the opportunity to have it in its original, unfiltered, even with odor memory.

is also interesting to note the appearance of a woman, Carmen García bed. The person listed as responsible for the Castilian versions of songs from the album Italian and French ... Who was it, the truth that I could not find any additional information it so still in doubt for maybe how long. What is clear is that his job was to translate the original lyrics of the subjects of these artists, making the light of the result, almost 100% compliance with the content of the song in its original language.

One more thing. This issue of CAPISSIMO, which I have not clear where he got, it shows quite busy (or "reel" in the current jargon), but it did what more could to reduce the maximum residual noise the friction of the needle to the groove without having to resort to the filtering software (which I do not really like much when it comes to digitize a vinyl ...). The main technique was the water ...

Thus, its topics are:

  1. Edwin Star - War
  2. Elvis Presley - Yerterda
  3. Giorgio - Arizona Man
  4. Rare Earth - I'm losing
  5. Jose Felicia - Let it Be
  6. The Jackson 5 - I'll be there
  7. Domenico Modugno - The distance is like the wind
  8. Angra - Teardrop
  9. The Sound of Los Galos - As I want to be your love
  10. Valeria
  11. Mongardini - If you knew, my love Nicola Di Bari
  12. - Allows
  13. Mrs. John and John - Live the good life

Well, it will be until next week, which surprised us again with another edition of this musical saga, closely related to the recalled Free Music television back then. I also promise to tell something of that program. Ahh!, And it would be interesting to have your comments and contributions in this regard.

was Capissimo starts ...

And as I announced above, I present the first installment, which claims to be the beginning of this journey through the repertoire of Free Music. This is the CAPISSIMO LP, released by RCA in 1970, containing a compilation of songs in English and English, many heard on the radio at the time.

This album has a very particular history. Never sold. In fact you gave as a gift when it acquired an RCA record player known by the same name. Remember him? Even allude to it in the back of the jacket. After that, I imagine noting that this had been well received, began the publication of other LPs with the same name, in versions I, II, III and many more ... A repertoire of songs that came to characterize the program on TV Free Music, and formed themselves into inevitable in "raids" or parties in those years.

Another grace of this album, like most of the records that were published in those years, it comes with the names of the themes of Anglo interpreters translated into English, a scheme that currently, at least in our country not given.

regard to technical, has been favored as the sound comes from vinyl, and the result is interesting considering the years that have passed since someone, somewhere part of the country, perhaps in a shop that city, received as part of the purchase of a turntable or "pick-up" ... I have it made sick time, do not remember how, nor where I got it clear I have ... The most likely to have been in some flea market or sale of Persian.

Thus, the issues that constitute this release are:

  1. The Guess Who - No sweet tonight
  2. Larry Robins - Drummy
  3. Giorgio - Moody Trudy
  4. Roger Mitchell - Raindrops on my head
  5. Dyango - Compassion
  6. Domenico Modugno - As you did
  7. The New Wave Band - Cecilia
  8. Rare Earth - Get Ready (ready)
  9. The Guess Who - American Woman
  10. Steve Wonder - For once in my life
  11. Nilsson - Everybody talks
  12. Nicola Di Bari - The first thing beautiful

Mini Dv To Vhs Adapter Mini Dv Tape Adapter?

entered in the past ...

Today, once it has left the working day, the day is cloudy , with enough desire to keep raining, just joining the technological management tool that gives us the Internet and especially this invention are the Blogs. What

is my intention? Well, basically starting, if possible, a network of sound - fans "than the first half of the seventies in Chile, and the phenomenon that the ears of that time meant a television program called" Music Free "...

But this is not necessarily a corner dedicated to the program itself. The idea is not to speak of "lolos" the Aracely, Soledad, the Mauritius, or other dancer who was the staff dance that evening to evening, Monday through Friday, brought together many young people, goats and kids like me compared to the twenty-odd inch gray screen, to see their movements highly tested, at a rate of "Jump, jump, jump, little lobster ..."

My intention is to talk and share the music of that time, reflected in Argentina's invasion we had, Padovani included, the Anglo, the EU, and that every so often plunged into the market at the IRT label LP, Phillips or another can not remember right now ... From these records, most lost to persecution and paranoia that was generated after the coup, out there, somewhere survive, some as prized jewels, in others, such as plastics who occupy ...

That's the idea. Well, that's my initial idea. How long will? I do not know, until the energy or enthusiasm decides otherwise. Everything depends on the receptivity. Will there be receptive? Nor do I know. Only (as a poet would say) that there are many blogs dedicated to talk about music, as many (many) to share music, but this kind of music, not really. Today

divide with no delivery. Most likely to be during the week, and I will with the first volume of a music publishing CAPISSIMO was called, and tried to reissue a few years ago on CD, with stereo sound and well filtered. What I shared with whomever you want, is the vinyl as such, with appropriate noises, and mono (mono) as is the record company released it to the world ...

not advance any more for today. Invite only, if desired, we enter this sound world of the seventies, the world remembered in Chile Free Music.

What Are Some Funny Tombstone Quotes?

From a global perspective, the marketing has vital importance in three ways:
  1. economy companies, organizations and nations : When you generate direct jobs (marketing managers, market researchers, advertisers, sellers, etc ...) and indirect (such as staff are hired on a TV channel through the paid advertising by sponsors), promote the acquisition of raw materials for the production of new products or existing products, attract more capital investment, etc., the marketing results in a significant economic movement in companies, organizations, nations and the world.

  2. Improving the quality of life of people : Today, more and more people have more products and services that make life more pleasant and bearable than it was 50 years ago, which should in most cases to different marketing activities , such as market research is one of the first activities to be carried out within the marketing process in order to identify needs and desires of consumers.

  3. generation companies more competitive and able to meet the needs and desires of society : One of the characteristics of the marketing is its ability to encourage companies to focus their attention on customers to produce what they need at a price they can and are willing to pay, with a promotional activity to state your offer and through distribution channels that allow it access to the product in the right place at the right time, all of which results in: companies competitive.
Therefore, any nation, company, organization or individual may overlook the importance that has the marketing in its development and growth.

Importance of Marketing the Marketing Process

basic thing that marketers need to know, is that " marketing process "includes a set of actions ORDERED, SEQUENTIAL AND SUSTAINED that begin long before there is a product or service, and aimed at meeting the needs and desires of customers for a utility or benefit to the company.

This process is very different businesses that applied for more than 50 years ago (whose goal was to create a product today to sell tomorrow at all costs).

That sense, marketing process includes the following (ordered sequentially):

1. Analysis Marketing Opportunities :

E This is the first step of marketing process.

A marketing opportunity is considered as such when there is a high probability that someone (person, company or organization) to make a profit by meeting a need or desire [1].

2. Market research:

This is the second step or "Phase 2" marketing process and starts after you have identified a market opportunity. Its objective is to measure and predict how attractive is that particular market, how profitable is, what features it has and whether it is feasible to enter it or not. To this end, an estimate of its size, its growth, its peculiarities and preferences, etc ...

3. Selecting Marketing Strategies :

After studying all the information from market research, it's time to make strategic decisions that lets you route, differentiating and positioning in the target market.

These decisions are related mainly with: segmentation, the differentiation , the positioning and emphasis and flexibility .

4. Choosing Marketing Tactics :
