This weekend I had to prepare a meal and informal but attractive looking great ideas come to the blog of www.web-fritos.blogspot.com and more specifically to the bread recipe that calls His Kinder, and asserts the original idea comes from a very prestigious English baker called Richard Bertinet.
The idea is simple: make a dough that will shape the hollow ball, then empty it down and fill it with what we wish: in For my salad. 2 - Leave the dough in a warm place for one hour.
3 - Divide the dough into 6 portions similar. If necessary we will use the scale to make them as similar as possible.
